Order Processing

  • Orders for physical products are processed within 3-5 business days.
  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship to most locations worldwide, except as noted below.

Shipping to the EU and Northern Ireland

We regret to inform you that at this time, we are suspending all physical product orders to the EU and Northern Ireland. This is due to current regulatory challenges. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.

Average Shipping Times

  • United States and Canada: Delivery typically takes 7 business days from the date of shipment.
  • For all other locations, shipping times may vary depending on the destination and shipping method selected at checkout.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and the weight of your package.

Customs and Import Fees

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

Digital Products

For digital product purchases:

  • A download link will be provided in the confirmation email sent to you upon purchase.
  • Be sure to check your junk or spam folder if you don’t see the email in your inbox.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • While we take great care to ensure your order is packaged securely, we are not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged once they are with the carrier.
  • If your package arrives damaged, please email us at cheyenne@thewholenessshop.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
