Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Digital items are final sale and not eligible for returns or refunds.
To start a return, you can contact us at cheyenne@thewholenessshop.com and a return address will be supplied to you or use the customer portal through the "Returns and Cancellations" button on the bottom of the page.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and digital products. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on digital items, sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Right of Withdrawal
If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, take physical possession of the last item in your order. If the withdrawal period ends on a weekend or public holiday, it is extended to the next working day.

For unfulfilled orders, you may request a cancellation through the same link until your order has been dispatched.
Returning Items
Once you have notified us of your withdrawal, you must return the items to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date you informed us. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless we have agreed otherwise.
Refunds
We will refund you the full price of the returned items, including the standard outbound shipping cost. We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase.
Exemptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital products — downloadable or streamed content where delivery has begun with your prior consent
- Goods made to your specification or clearly personalised
- Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, once unsealed
